All Commission funded programs with the exception of HKHF are open to all families with a child under age six regardless of income.
- Department of Health & Human Services, Welcome Home Program - This program offers home visits to parents to be and parents of newborns. Please call 530.458.0380 for more information or to schedule a home visit
- Colusa County In-County Transit - The Commission has purchased transit vouchers and distributed them to partnering agencies for thier use for families with children ages 0-5.
- Colusa County Out of County Medical Transit - This program provides needed Out-of-County Medical transportation for pregnant women, children 0-5 and their families. Contact Colusa County Transit at 458-0287
- Colusa Healthy Kids, Healthy Future - Commission funding as been allocated to provide comprehensive health insurance for children ages 0-5 who qualify for the program and are not otherwise eligible for other insurance programs.
- Early Steps to School Success - In partnership with Community Advocates for Parents and Children, Colusa County Health & Human Services, Colusa Indian Community and Save the Children, First 5 Colusa has launched a new Home Visiting program focusing on Early Literacy and Family Bonding.
