All Commission funded programs with the exception of HKHF are open to all families with a child under age six regardless of income.
- Colusa Healthy Kids, Healthy Future - Commission funding as been allocated to provide comprehensive health insurance for children ages 0-5 who qualify for the program and are not otherwise eligible for other insurance programs. This program will be ending December 2011.
- Early Steps to School Success - In partnership with Save the Children, First 5 Colusa is continuing its Home Visiting program focusing on Early Literacy and Family Bonding.
- CARES Plus- This program is for Child Care Providers who provide care in Colusa County to children ages 0-5. This is a retention and education program.
